Coconut water
The clear, lightly sweet liquid from young green coconuts; used in Vietnamese braises such as thit kho, drinks and some Southeast Asian curries.
What can replace it

Richer and creamy; dilute with water. (use 0.5× the amount)

No sweetness or nuttiness; add a little sugar.
