Dehydrated ground garlic with a sweet, toasty garlic flavour; for rubs, seasoning mixes, breading, sauces and garlic bread.
What can replace it

Wet and sharper; cook it through, and it won't work in dry rubs. (use 3× the amount)

Mostly salt; cut back on other salt. (use 2× the amount)
