Tangy pickled green mango sauce with fenugreek, turmeric and mustard; drizzled over sabich, falafel and shawarma.

What can replace it

    Oilier, with mustard and chilli rather than fenugreek-forward; chop finely.

  • T3 · In a pinchLime pickle

    Sour and spicy, but lime rather than mango; chop finely and use less. (use 0.75× the amount)

  • T3 · In a pinchMango chutney

    Much sweeter, without the funky, sour fenugreek tang.
