What can replace it

  • T3 · In a pinchCooked beetroot

    Use the juice for pink-red; earthy and fades with heat.

  • T3 · In a pinchGround turmeric

    Yellow only, and earthy in larger amounts. (use 0.5× the amount)

  • T3 · In a pinchMatcha

    Green with a bitter tea flavour. (use 0.5× the amount)
