Poultry seasoning
American blend of dried sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary and pepper, without salt; for stuffing, roast turkey, chicken and gravy.
What can replace it

Less sage-led; add a pinch of dried sage if you have it.

Sage-heavy and one-note; add thyme or marjoram for balance. (use 0.75× the amount)

More oregano and basil, less sage; reads more Italian.

Contains salt, paprika and garlic; cut back on salt and expect a redder colour.
