Smoked jalapeños canned in tangy tomato, vinegar and garlic adobo sauce. Chopped into tinga, marinades, mayonnaise, chilli and barbecue sauces.

Less chilli flesh and body; a bit thinner and milder.

Mix with tomato purée and vinegar; drier and less saucy. (use 0.25× the amount)

Rehydrate and blend with tomato purée and a splash of vinegar; less tangy.
