Crispy fried garlic
Also called fried garlic, crispy garlic, kratiam jiao, bawang putih goreng
Finely chopped or sliced garlic fried until golden and crunchy. Sprinkled over Thai rice soups, ramen, salads, steak and stir-fries; the oil is used too.
