Dark green, intensely nutty oil from roasted pumpkin seeds, an Austrian speciality; drizzled over salads, soups and even vanilla ice cream, never heated.
What can replace it

Nutty and toasted but lighter, without the deep green colour.

Nutty but more bitter, without the green colour.
- T3 · In a pinchToasted sesame oil
Roasted but distinctly sesame; use less. (use 0.5× the amount)
