Pandan leaves
Also called screwpine leaves, pandan, bai toey, daun pandan
Long, bright green leaves with a sweet, grassy-vanilla aroma; knotted into rice and coconut desserts, or blended for green colour and fragrance.

Use a few drops per leaf; more artificial and very green.

Use a few drops; sweet and creamy but missing pandan's grassy, rice-like aroma.
