Also called Lebanese seven spice, sabaa baharat, Lebanese baharat
Lebanese seven-spice of allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, coriander and ginger; for kibbeh, stuffed vegetables, rice and stews.

More cumin and cardamom; reads slightly Indian but works in kibbeh and rice.
